COLORS

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products online. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. We cannot promise that we will accept returns based on minimal color differentiation between the actual item and the monitor-displayed color.

AL&ALICIA® Ready-To-Wear garments are sized 0 - 3 or XS - L. The following chart is a general guideline of sizes that varies from country to country. Any additional information pertaining to the sizing of the product will be noted in the product description for each item. PURCHASING GIFT CARDS

ALANDALICIA.COM gift cards are available for purchase in whole amounts only, up to a maximum of $1000. Gift credit is available immediately upon purchase. Click here to purchase a gift card.

You can opt to send a gift card to an email address, send a physical gift card through the postal service, or both. Physical gift cards are shipped free through SingPost Mail services.

REDEEMING GIFT CARDS

To redeem your gift card, simply enter your gift code (Eg. GC00007A) at checkout. If your gift credit is more than the total purchase, the total purchase amount will be deducted from your gift credit, and you will be able to use the remaining amount for future purchases. Should your total purchase be more than your gift credit, you will be asked to top up the balance.

Please note that gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be stated on the gift card.

GIFT CARD POLICIES

Gift Cards are only redeemable at ALANDALICIA.COM and are non-refundable or redeemable for cash. ALANDALICIA.COM does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift credit.

Any returns in which partial or full payment was made using a gift credit, you will receive your refund in the form of a gift card or store credit.

Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards, and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Gift cards will be shipped within 24 hours, subject to credit approval/authorization and barring any technical difficulties. Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable address or a nonexistent address as provided by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are depending on you to give us an accurate email address for delivery. If the gift-card is returned for any reason, we will credit the gift amount back to your account via store credit and the gift code will be canceled.
