HOW TO SHOP
There are many ways to shop on ALANDALICIA.COM. Using the navigation menu, you can view items by category, browse new products and exclusives to ALANDALICIA.COM, or check out our current and past seasons' lookbook. You may also search for our products by name, category or color under product search.
Once you have selected the item(s) you would like to purchase, indicate your size, color and quantity you wish to purchase and click on "Add to Bag".
When you are ready to check out, click on "Checkout" or the "View Bag" link to view your entire purchase. You may adjust quantities in your bag and click on "Update Bag" to re-calculate your order. You can also view the item(s) in your bag at anytime whilst shopping. To remove item(s), click on "Remove" next to the item(s).
In order to complete your purchase, you have to be registered with ALANDALICIA.COM. Registration is free-of-charge and is required when you first make an online purchase. If you have registered with us before, simply sign-in with your registered email address and password.
All merchandise sold on ALANDALICIA.COM is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. ALANDALICIA.COM will not disclose your email address or any other personal and confidential information.
All items on ALANDALICIA.COM are in stock unless otherwise stated.
In order to retain the brand’s exclusivity, each item is produced in limited quantities. If an item is out-of-stock, it will be indicated next to the respective size and/or color on the product page.
However, if there is an out-of-stock item that you really wish to purchase, please write to us at email@example.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and ALANDALICIA.COM issued gift cards via PayPal. You will not be required to register for a PayPal account to complete your purchases.
Cash, cheques and/or money orders are strictly non-acceptable on ALANDALICIA.COM.
Your credit card will be charged only after we have successfully verified your card details, received authorization from your bank and confirmed stock availability. Your order will then be processed for shipping.
We currently do not charge sales tax and/or GST on all our items. However, because duties and taxes vary with each country, international shoppers will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred on their end.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address after you have successfully placed your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at +65 6763 2725 as soon as possible, should you want to modify or cancel your order. Please indicate your name, order number and product details. We are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
You can check and track the status of your order(s) by signing into your account to view your current or past order(s).
