RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you have a product that you would like to return or exchange, please read our return and exchange policy and email us at returns@alandalicia.com with the reason for your return, along with the item style number. Upon receiving your email, we will send you a Return Approval Number (RA#) for you to include in your return package. The entire procedure can be found in our return and exchange policy. Alternatively, you may call us at +65 6763 2725, Monday through Friday between 10am - 6pm, (GMT+8) and a customer service representative will walk you through the returns procedure.
